I've been riding this whole winter and suggest ski goggles, a neck gaiter, mittens, and a lined hat under your helmet. Once you have that you'll be really surprised at how much less cold you are. Torso and legs get warm pretty fast. And depending on if you wear boots you might also need to double layer socks.
