I started this thread talking about shareholders who do not "efficiently mobilize resources" even in the slightest. And you know that. They buy stake in a corrupt scheme to take money from precariously positioned workers. As for "indentured servitude," everyone must either work as an employee somewhere having their surplus taken in exchange for the ability to survive OR purchase ownership in a business and do that to others. You can choose which employer gets to take the extra, but you don't get to choose not to have it taken. This is wrong. It is a bad system, and if you took two seconds to question where your money actually comes from you'd understand that.
