I don't know what you're trying to prove here. There was space within the lane to pass on the left. If a bike was to the right of the lane and stopped, a car could pass. The bike can pass. Now was it smart for the bike to pass when the turning car had already entered the intersection? No that part was dangerous. But riding a bike past slow moving cars is legal if you have space.
