Depending on how you define a "suburb." If you just mean density between urban and rural, it's probably not impossible to have it (depending on Earth's total population). But if talking about the suburb system as exists in the US, where a sizable portion of the population lives in the suburb but must work a long distance from home, commuting each way, and NIMBYing the negative externalities of sprawl and excessive consumption onto less affluent areas. That seems pretty opposed to solarpunk IMHO.
