I agree those would be challenging problems if a huge fraction of the world went vegan overnight. But at the current rate, it seems more likely that we'll have about 3-5% convert to veganism every 10 years. That will give plenty of time for farmers to simply decrease the replacement rate of the herds (right now most animals are ~~forcibly bred~~ artificially inseminated by farmers). I'm not sure what you mean by point 4 though? I support more fair labor practices. With less land and energy wasted on animal ag, that should be easier to focus on. (The most exploidative job of my life which I started at 12 y/o along side migrant workers was corn detasseling, something we only need because we have to feed so much livestock.)
