Are you aware that she has cosponsored and introduced a bill for carbon pricing? I'm not a fan of feinstein, and in that clip she looked like an idiot in her response to those children. But she absolutely is willing to be a help on this issue. She needs more than one group of children to tell her that because she is thinking about her whole electorate. The GND ~~wasn't that popular back then (or now)~~ so she felt justified in that position. Nobody told us changing politician's minds was going to be this hard, but it is (and I'd bet it always has been). By all means throw your weight into getting somebody else elected to replace her, but elections are just one piece on the chessboard. Lobbying and canvassing might end up being what works to get the ball rolling. Edit: the GND is popular. I hope it can get passed as well, but carbon pricing is more important for changing behavior.
