Thank you, I actually wasn't aware that it was so popular. I'll edit my comment above. But I think if you read my comment, I was not supporting her or talking about her "genuine care" at all. I'm saying that her position can be swayed by lobbying and it is bad to dissuade people from pursuing lobbying. Frankly, the stakes are too high for me to rest my only bet on a "Hail Mary" political overhaul. And I encourage you to think deeply about whether you care more about the devastating effects of climate change and the people who will be harmed by it or about using it as a political cudgel.
