Well, I worked my way through this system to a multi 6 figure salary in 5 years. I was put in meetings where we were calling people "resources." I was in the room with the people who literally have no respect for anyone who isn't in their managerial class. Who refer to their job as "convincing the underlings that they thought of it." I don't think we can overcome this until the people who have "worked the system" recognize that they are a part of the machinery of exploitation. The fact that people who send 10 emails a day make 10x what people who work 10 hour shifts in factories and farms is what's bananas.
