As u/DasQtun points out capitalism is not defined around the market principles you mention. Free markets are compatible with a number of economic systems including some forms of socialism. Like most "isms" capitalism is an ideology whose central tenet is encapsulated in the root word: capital, ie private wealth invested in business. Capitalism is the ideology that says that the businesses in an economy should be retained by private owners and that private property rights are central to a functioning economy. So really if you believe in any societal limitations to the extent to which private property is controlled, then you don't fully support capitalism but rather something called a mixed economy. For example believing that governments should be allowed to regulate how much pollution is dumped on someone's private property or whether a nuclear reactor can be built without permit as long as it is on private property goes against capitalism. But in my experience, most reasonable people accept that there should be some limitations on private property rights.
